Ansewr to a difficult question form a friend.
I'm thinking about going to this digital marketing seimar. What do you think?
What do I think about digital marketing workshops?
To start, there are many excellent ones. Each one, in its own way, brings undeniably important knowledge from modern marketing. And most of the instructors have the experience, knowledge, and willingness to help you.
With some bad luck, you might come across an average or poor instructor, maybe narcissistic, too theoretical, or not professional enough. But most of the time, you'll find it hard to go wrong.
Should you attend a digital marketing workshop?
Are you digitally addicted?
Do you wake up in the morning and eagerly think about everything you'll do in front of a screen today? Do you have numbers and statistics? Is your mouse and keyboard glued to you? Facebook before bed and LinkedIn in the morning? Writing texts during lunch break? Checking emails while at the gym?
You'l probably get bored at the workshop. You'll learn much more in 3 hours online. Maybe the only thing that might help is a workshop on Digital Marketing for CEOs and Managers. To helo you find focus in your addiction. :)
Are you leading marketing but find the digital world unfamiliar?
You're probably the perfect candidate for almost any workshop. Primarily to reduce your fear and resistance to the digital world. To help you understand it a bit better and become more confident in your decision.
But to save time, you might want to start with the workshop ''Digital Marketing for CEO's and Managers'' It includes anti-stress digital therapy. :)
Don't want to deal with marketing?
Just skip all digital marketing workshops. Leave it to others and use your time for more important matters. For example, attend the 'Strategic Marketing Station' workshop, where we hardly talk about marketing at all. :)
