Marketing agency awards: Best practice of Europe's cultural routes

At the marketing agency Kainoto, we are proud practically every year when, together with our clients, we succeed in earning significant recognitions.

This time, the award for best practice was given to the European Cemeteries Route, which we have been helping ASCE manage since 2011.

The award was granted by the European Cultural Routes Institute for the "Schools on Cemeteries" project, which we designed and developed right here at the Kainoto marketing agency.

Promotion and preservation of the cultural heritage in cemeteries

Since 2011, as a marketing agency, we have been supporting the development and communication of the Association of Significant Cemeteries in Europe, which includes capitals and major cities across Europe.

Our involvement ranges from executing digital marketing to developing projects, organizing events, and providing support services for ASCE members.

We designed and developed this project right here, in our agency in Maribor. Cultural Days for schools gradually evolved into innovative new projects through the use of a mobile app and content upgrades.

Reviving Maribor legends is one of the most engaging projects, where, in collaboration with schools, we’ve uncovered the background of some of the city’s notable historical figures.

The European Cemeteries Route is an important project that presents cemeteries as tourist attractions. The activities and achievements of the route have gained recognition within the European Cultural Routes network for their uniqueness and creativity.
