6 months of work to turn freight forwarders into at least experts in marketing and sales. The educational program, in which we included various skills:
- the basics of marketing (and the importance to the company's marketing performance)
- sales basics (with advanced techniques)
- informatics in sales (office, internet, professional documents, offers, letters, working with databases, searching databases,...)
- foreign languages
Each participant became an excellent brand ambassador and salesperson.
