We conducted a research for Pokrajinski muzej Maribor, based on which we developed a marketing and business strategy.
The challenge: a modern market, fast-paced dynamics, and lack of time—all of which must accommodate a traditionally calm, slow-paced institution—a museum. How can we earn the consumers’ free time, which they usually dedicate to cinema, sports, or other intense leisure activities?
We carried out a detailed analysis of the situation, the environment, and the organization, and identified key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Beyond that, we explored consumer behavior and discovered excellent opportunities within their needs.
